シーズン・Act・Episode の仕組み

VALORANT の競技（ランク）は「Act」という区切りで進みます。1つの Act は約2か月です。

• 2020〜2024年：「Episode（大きな区切り）＋その中の複数 Act」という構成でした。
• 2025年以降：Riot が体系を変更し、「1年＝1つの Season、その中に6つの Act」という年単位の形になりました。当サイトは新旧どちらの区切りにも対応しています。

Act が切り替わるたびにランクがリセットされ、新しい報酬や「Act Rank（その Act の戦績バッジ）」が始まります。だから「今が何 Act の何日目か」を知ることが、ランク計画の出発点になります。

ランクリセットの仕組み

Act の切り替わりには2種類あります。

• ハードリセット（年2回）：シーズン開始時（毎年1月ごろ）とミッドシーズン（7月ごろ）。ランクが大きく下がります。
• ソフトリセット（その他の Act 切替）：下げ幅は小さめ。Patch 12.00 以降、急激な降格は緩和されました。

リセット後はプレイスメント（配置）マッチが必要です。シーズン開始時は5戦、通常の Act 切替は1戦で新しいランクが表示されます。なお、イモータル / レディアント帯はリーダーボード順位こそ保持されますが、RR（ランクレーティング）が約90%減少します。

How Seasons, Acts & Episodes Work

VALORANT's competitive (ranked) play is divided into segments called Acts. Each Act lasts about two months.

• 2020–2024: The structure was "Episodes (large segments) containing several Acts each."
• 2025 onward: Riot changed the system to an annual format — "one Season per year, divided into six Acts." This site supports both the old and new structures.

Every time an Act changes, your rank is reset and new rewards and an "Act Rank" (a badge tracking your record that Act) begin. That's why knowing which Act you're in — and how far along it is — is the starting point for planning your rank.

How Rank Resets Work

There are two kinds of Act transitions:

• Hard reset (twice a year): At the season start (around January) and midseason (around July). Your rank drops significantly.
• Soft reset (all other Act transitions): A smaller drop. Since Patch 12.00, sharp demotions have been softened.

After a reset you must play placement matches: 5 games at the start of a season, and 1 game for a normal Act transition, before your new rank appears. Note that Immortal / Radiant players keep their leaderboard spot, but their RR (Rank Rating) drops by about 90%.
